"W-NEXCO Free Wi-Fi" is a public wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) service available at expressway service areas and parking areas free of charge.

The new "W-NEXCO Free Wi-Fi" service started from March 1, 2017!

  • Wi-Fi services from the 3 NEXCO companies have become available under one account.
  • Unlimited Wi-Fi is available, without previous conditions that restricted usage to 15 minutes, up to three times a day.
  • With the transition to the new service, you will no longer be able to use your current account.We apologize for any inconvenience, but we would ask that you register for a new account when using the new service.
From March 1, 2017 the new service will be rolled out to replace the current service in all service areas and parking areas.

How to use the service

(1) Stop at a service area or parking area where the service is available.

These stickers indicate that the service is available at a service area/parking area.

(2) Tap SSID "NEXCO_FREE_Wi-Fi".

(3) Tap "Registration".

How to use the service

(4) Call the dedicated phone number.

Free of charge.
Roaming needs to be enabled first.
Mobile devices that use the W-CDMA standard can be registered. (*No pre-paid devices)

How to use the service

(5) An automatic announcement will notify you of your password.

(6) Return to the log in page, input your "country code + cell phone number" and your "password", then tap "Log in".

(7) Check the information listed under "Registration".

(8) Input information on age and gender etc, then tap "Submit".

Once registration is complete, you can start to use the service.

Once you have obtained your password and completed registration in step (8) above, you can subsequently connect to Wi-Fi by logging in as per step (6) .
Your account will be valid for a period of 14 days.
After this period, please re-register for a new account using the same registration process.

(3) Input your "country code + cell phone number" and your "password", then tap "Log in".

(4) Connection is complete.

Your account will be valid for a period of 14 days.
After this period, please re-register for a new account using the same registration process.

Points to note when using the service

  • From March 1, 2017 the new service will be rolled out to replace the current service in all service areas and parking areas.
    Note that the new service is scheduled to replace the current service at all locations by the end of March 2018.
